This role will be instrumental in designing and executing campaigns that attract and convert new users, ultimately helping us achieve our mission of providing seamless financial solutions to millions of Africans.

Responsibilities

The User Acquisition Specialist will drive the strategies that fuel GoFree's user growth. Here's what the role entails:

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising. The goal is to drive installs, sign-ups, and app engagement at optimal cost-per-acquisition (CPA) levels.
  1. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Leverage data to adjust targeting, creative, and budget allocations, ensuring maximum campaign performance.
  1. Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Define and refine audience segments to reach users who will benefit most from GoFree's services. By tailoring campaigns to different user personas, the User Acquisition Specialist will improve relevance and increase conversion rates.
  1. A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of different creatives, messaging, and channels. The insights gained from testing will be used to refine campaigns and scale what works best.
  1. Collaboration with Product and Growth Teams: Work closely with the Product and Growth teams to align user acquisition strategies with product launches, feature updates, and overall growth goals. This alignment ensures that our marketing efforts are fully integrated with GoFree's mission.
  1. Budget Management: Allocate and manage the advertising budget effectively, ensuring that funds are directed toward high-performing channels and strategies. The User Acquisition Specialist will track spending closely to maximize ROI and minimize waste.
